Note:

Edward Harvy Welch was born in Iowa, on December 31, 1870, married Mary A. Hardy (born in California in about 1869) before 1897and subsequently moved to Oakland, California , where he ran a candy store. In 1911 he moved to Willows where he was a contractor and builder and ran a poultry farm. He returned to Oakland in 1915 and continued in the contracting business. Welch died in Oakland on April 1, 1941.
Vinnie Isabella Welch, daughter of Edward and Mary Welch, was born in Wisconsin on August 16, 1897, attended Glenn County High School from 1913 to 1915, Fremont High School in Oakland from 1915 to 1917, and the Vocational High School in Oakland in the fall of 1917. She was executor of her father's estate after his death in 1941, and sometime after married Earl Skinner of Windsor, California. She died in Santa Rosa on October 25, 1980.
