Holograph order written and signed by Colonel H. J. Madill, Commanding Brigadier, from Headquarters, [141st Pennsylvania Infantry
Regiment], 1st Brigade, 3rd Division, 2nd Corps., to Captain George W. Cooney, C. S., 1st Brigade, about issuing to fatigue
party two hundred and seventy-five half rations of whiskey. The order is also signed by Aug [Augustus] W. Keene, Lieutenant
and Acting Assistant Adjutant General.
