"The United States: A Historical Profile," NOTE: In the early 1960's, Dr. Dozer wrote a manuscript entitled "History Takes a Holiday," in which he combined two major themes. His academic interest in liberalism as a political philosophy, particularly in America, was integrated with a description of his personal experiences in the State Department. These topics were separated subsequently (late 1960's, early 1970's) to produce "The United States: A Historical Profile," and "What the State Department Won't Tell You". The latter was then integrated (late 1960's) into the manuscript that would become "Watergate Prelude" ca. 1976
