Scope and Contents

The Nixon Administration series consists of Appendix A, arranged and described by the Archives of Artists of New Mexico and the Southwest, circa 1999, and the increments arranged and described in 2022. The series includes material Ehrlichman compiled about the administration, after his time in office. The 1973 chronological files may contain material related to Watergate.

Scope and Contents note

Primarily meeting notes; also includes schedules, memoranda, letters, telephone notes, charts, reports and statements relating to domestic policy, Cabinet and Executive Department personnel, the Vietnam War (including the CBS-Westmoreland controversy over enemy force estimates), Watergate, and the 1972 presidential election. Arranged chronologically; see Appendix A for detailed box list (prepared by the Archives of Artists of New Mexico and the Southwest) located in Box 2.
