Scope and Content
Mrs. Sullivan was the wife of attorney Francis J. Sullivan and the sister of Senator James D. Phelan. Her papers were given
to The Bancroft Library in September 1961 by Professor Benjamin H. Lehman. They consist of correspondence; miscellaneous bills
and receipts; insurance papers; financial records; agreements and leases; announcements and invitations; and calling cards.
