Scope and content:

Subseries B contains accounting documentation such as ledgers, chart of accounts, procedural files, cash flow projections, and termination models. Accounts payable records will be retained for 10 years and will be examined again for possible inclusion in the collection before they are discarded after December 31, 1998. Banking matters are filed in Subseries C.
