Pamphlets, leaflets, newspaper issues, reports, and cartoons, l890-l958, relating to Belgium in the two world wars, relief activities there, politics, finance, socialism, labor and social problems, religion, and nationality problems in Belgium. Includes an announcement, l890, issued by the Parti Ouvrier Belge, of the International Workmen's Congress to be held in Brussels in l89l, and a pamphlet, l950, entitled The Surrender of King Leopold, by Joseph P. Kennedy and James M. Landis. Mainly in French and Flemish.
