Charles T. Patriarche was born in 1847 and worked as a purchasing agent for the Pacific Improvement Company in San Francisco.
He and his wife, Abbe Louise Patriarche, a deaconess in the Episcopal Church, donated land for St. Andrew-by-the-Sea Church
at 1338 47thAvenue in San Francisco.
