Biographical Note
Frank L. Lathrop was born on April 3, 1882. He was a licensed real estate broker and a "specialist in fact finding." He resided
in Yreka, California, and took interest in public lands and water-supply.

The collection consists of correspondence, news clippings, manuscripts, and reports related primarily to the development and
usage of the Klamath River Basin.

The collection is arranged into two series as follows:
- Series 1. Correspondence, 1945-1961
- Series 2. Reports and Related Materials, 1939-1962
Collection Number
Collection number updated February 2019. Legacy collection number was LATH. This change was part of a project in 2018/2019
to update the collection numbers for collections in the Water Resources Collections and Archives.
