Description
The Fresno County Farm Bureau annual reports measure 2.25 linear feet and date from 1918
to 1954. The reports are arranged chronologically.
Background
The Fresno County Farm Bureau began in 1917 with George Feaver, Jr., of Fowler,
California, as president. The Farm Bureau consisted of a president, vice-president and
four directors-at-large, stationed at various centers throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
LeRoy Smith was the first county agent assigned to Fresno County and was responsible for
generating the annual report.
