Minutes from five committee meetings, one letter to Pres. Sterling, and the committee's report, which recommended an audio-visual
center be organized as a division of the university libraries.
Background
The committee was appointed by the university president on March 5, 1949 to review the audio-visual situation on campus and
to formulate a program of action. Library director Raynard Coe Swank was the chairman.
