Frank John Moore was an economist, educator at Stanford, and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) research
advisor in the Bureau for Africa. The collection documents his work for the Ford Foundation, USAID, and the Stanford International

of the Food and Agricultural Organization related to agricultural development programs. In Arabic and English.
