These materials relate to a position Moore held as a member of an evaluation team for an agricultural development project in Egypt. Includes publications of the Higher Technical Institute, which was founded by Mostafa Kamel, the former executive director of the USAID-funded Linkages Project of the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities. Also included are publications of the Food and Agricultural Organization related to agricultural development programs. In Arabic and English.
