Biography
Michael Conway Preece was born in Los Angeles, California on September 15, 1936. He started his career in motion pictures
(1950s) as a script supervisor and went on to act and direct. Preece worked on television series such as
I Spy,
Hawaii Five-0, and
Streets of San Francisco. He started directing in the mid-1970s including television programs such as
Dallas,
Bionic Woman, and
Barnaby Jones.
Scope and Content
Collection consists of television and motion picture scripts related to the career of director Michael Preece. Includes television
series such as
Falcon Crest,
Dallas,
Most Wanted, and
When The Whistle Blows. Also includes some production material.
