Description
Robert B. Diemer (1888-1966) was the general manager and chief engineer of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The collection contains a manuscript history of the North Platte River project (ca. 1912-25), copies of papers, articles, statements, memorabilia, photographs, and various publications related to water resources development.

Diemer was born in 1888; became general manager and chief engineer of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California; he died in 1966.
