Biographical/Historical Sketch

Charles J. Crary earned his AB in English at Stanford University in 1903; he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.

Typescript anecdotes of student life circa 1900-03, with an emphasis on fraternity life; other topics of note include Charley Meyer's saloon in Mayfield, the typhoid epidemic of 1903, and social activities surrounding Stanford-West Point football games.
