    Processing of the Veracruz, Mexico photograph album was completed by undergraduate students from the University of California, Riverside as part of the Special Collections & University Archives Backlog Processing Project started in 2015. This project was funded by the UCR Library and administered by Jessica Geiser, Collections Management Librarian.

    Collection Scope and Contents

    This collection contains approximately 150 photographs documenting different landmarks and regions throughout Veracruz, Mexico, including the Hotel Plaza Acayucan, San Juan de Ulúa, and Catedral de Orizaba.
    The collection also includes 50 photographic and other postcards of Veracruz, some of which were sent between members of the Haller and Clarke families living in San Antonio, Texas, and Mexico.
