Arrangement
The first half of the collection, arranged by numbered subjects, reflects Professor Reid's original arrangement. The second
half was received roughly alphabetized; this order was clarified during processing and several new folders were devised. Paper
clips have been removed and the materials were re-foldered in acid-free folders. His original subject dividers were retained;
a new divider indicating the beginning of the alphabetical files was added.
