Series Scope and Content

This series consists of documents related to Sallie Fiske's work as publisher and editor-in-chief of the West Hollywood Paper, including original and carbon copies of Fiske's manuscripts, contact and circulation lists, financial documents, advertising materials, paste-ups, resumes sent to the paper, correspondence, tax documents, a City of West Hollywood Proclamation, and reporter's notes. This series also includes documents from before and after Fiske's work on the West Hollywood Paper, including manuscripts written for other magazines and newspapers, public relations press kits, resumes, news clippings, copies of articles for research, and sketches.

Series Scope and Contents

This series consists of photographs, contact sheets, and negatives related to the West Hollywood Paper and Fiske's personal life. This series is divided into two subseries: (3.1) West Hollywood Paper and (3.2) Personal. There are hundreds of photographs, mostly black and white, as well as corresponding and non-corresponding contact sheets and negatives. This series also consists of approximately sixty color slides.
