Issues before the committee included intercollegiate versus intramural competitions, training rules, response to invitations for competitive games, and rejection of varsity teams. Committee members included Helen Masters Bunting, Clara S. Stoltenberg, Isabel McCracken, and Harriet Bradford.

This committee, appointed by the University President in 1919, was directed to settle matters of policy, eligibility, and scheduling.
