Description
Gregory Yale (1816-1871) was the author of Legal titles to mining claims and water rights in California (1867). The collection consists of correspondence, legal files, and accounts relating mainly to Yale's law practice in Jacksonville, Florida and in San Francisco, as well as some personal letters and papers.
