Collection consists of three items: minutes of the organizational meeting, August 27, 1941, which includes synopsis of remarks by Arthur S. Flemming, Captain C. Godwin, and Colonel Raymond F. Dart, report on discussion of problems submitted to the Commission, and reports of assorted committees; minutes of the second annual meeting on July 30, 1942; and minutes of the Committee on College Women and the War held on November 28, 1942. All three meetings were held at Stanford University.
