Background
Gale Wilhelm was born on April 26, 1908 in Eugene, Oregon. Wilhelm lived in Berkeley, California for most of her adult life.
She was an author best known for her lesbian themed novels, We Too Are Drifting (1935), and Torchlight to Valhalla (1938).
