This group of records includes correspondence (mostly email), memoranda, and reports, largely pertaining to the administrative concerns of the Commission and its early projects.
The Commission on Technology in Teaching and Learning (CTTL) was formed in October, 1994, by Stanford's President Gerhard Casper to recommend policies, set future directions, identify obstacles and ways of removing them, and to initiate pilot projects offering the potential to enrich Stanford's teaching and learning through technology.
