The Stanford Construction Institute was a graduate level construction engineering and management program.

Scope and Contents note

Includes correspondence with Prof. Clark Oglesby, Engineering Dean Lauress L. Wise, and Pres. J. E. Wallace Sterling pertaining largely to the company's financial support of the School of Engineering and the Stanford Construction Institute, with occasional mention of its programs; copy of an article on the program from THE CONSTRUCTOR, December 1961; and a copy of the "Plan for a Construction Institute at Stanford University" produced by the Dept. of Civil Engineering, April 1960.
