"Save the Tuolumne" Campaign is further divided into eight sub-subseries: Management Plan, Out Reach, Direct Mail, Public Programs, Fundraisers, Promotion, Congressional Hearing, and Foundations, while "Save the Clavey" Campaign is further divided into four sub-subseries: Management Plan, Out Reach, Direct Mail, and Fundraisers.
The Campaign sub-subseries are arranged by subject and activity illustrating the various events and financing strategies used to mount each campaign, and include correspondence, notes, and memoranda created by The Trust, as well as sample mailings, information packets, campaign outlines and promotional materials. Subject Files cover all aspects of the campaign, including politicians and other environmental organizations, and include correspondence, print materials, and clippings. Reports (arranged alphabetically by creator) include information regarding the environment and hydroelectric development. Publicity and Clippings include particular events and community feedback regarding particular aspects of the campaign.
