Biography

The Society for Psychophysiological Research was created to foster research related to physiology and psychology. The organization produces scientific literature and holds annual meetings for presentations and discussion of topics such as instrumentation, methodology, experimental results, and theoretical interpretations.

Scope and Content

Collection consists of correspondence, minutes, programs, publications, slides, and miscellaneous printed materials related to the Society for Psychophysiological Research. Includes copies of the Polygraph Newsletter and the Psychophysiology Newsletter. Also includes oral history interviews (tapes and transcripts) with charter members of the organization.
