Biographical/Historical Sketch
Sherry earned his a.b. in chemistry at Stanford University, 1904, and his M.A. in 1905; he was a metallurgical engineer.
Papers consist primarily of charts, drawings, illustrations, and photographs used in his book STEEL TREATING PRACTICE, published
in 1929. Other items include a letter from Bob Schenck commenting on Sherry's manuscript, 1928; a letter from Syd Ramage (?)
