Series IV, Scrapbooks

Scope and Content Note

Lehmann's 38 scrapbooks cover the time period from 1904-1968 and primarily document her singing career. They include clippings, correspondence, programs and photos. Some correspondence was kept in scrapbooks and is not in the correspondence series. This is particularly true for the earliest scrapbooks. Most scrapbooks have been microfilmed and reel numbers are listed in the guide. Volume designations were assigned during the microfilming, not by Lehmann.
