Description
The collection contains correspondence, financial, legal, and religious materials pertaining to a number of apparently unrelated individuals and organizations, primarily from Massachusetts and other parts of the eastern seaboard, from the mid-18th to the early-20th centuries. Some documents in the collection are from the Revolutionary War and Civil War periods. Surnames represented in the collection include: Blatchford, Coates, Cohen, D'Wolf, Hosmer, Lyons, Nathans, Ogden, Stirling, Tilton, and Wells (Welles).
