ring.

Biographical/Historical Sketch
Alan Adler, a consulting electronics engineer and lecturer at Stanford University, invented
the Aerobie, a flying disc toy, in 1984.
Description of the Collection
These materials were gathered and generated for an exhibition at the Engineering Library at
Stanford and include drawings, exhibit text and captions, articles, clippings, Awesome Games
of Catch (VHS videocassette), examples of commercial Aerobie rings and orbiter, and several
pre-production models of the ring.
