Notebook of Hoskins' mimeographed lectures owned by Frank Robineau Stowe, with some annotations and problem solutions done by Stowe, who earned his AB in electrical engineering at Stanford in 1900.
Background
Hoskins was professor of applied mathematics at Stanford University from 1892 until his retirement in 1925.
