Background
Liuba, a journalist in the United States and Europe, was an editor, writer, and analyst for Radio Free Europe. He served under
Commissioner McCloy in the Special Program for Denazification of German Youth and as an official for the Iuliu Maniu American
Romanian Relief Foundation.
