Scrapbook largely contains clippings on various aspects of Stanford University's first three years - academic life, faculty, lectures given, athletics, campus construction, club activities, concerts, and Benjamin Harrison's visit. There are also a few clippings of articles by Ambrose Bierce, a few newspaper facsimiles of autographs and historic letters, and one photograph of Charles B. Henderson who attended Stanford 1892-93.
William W. Guth earned his A.B. in history at Stanford University in 1895; he was active in the Press Club and worked on the student magazine The Sequoia.
