Background
Terrel D. Hale worked as the librarian for the Economic Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. where he compiled United States Sanctions and South Africa : A Selected Legal Bibliography. He edited a journal of new poetry titled Screens and Tasted Parallels and his own poems have appeared in several small press magazines and journals. He also authored a chapbook titled Light Still Enough to Witness and had his novel, Saints and Latin Decadence published in 2001.
