This program, an unscripted, unrehearsed retrial of Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company, et al. vs. Charles Sawyer, was presented
during Stanford University Law School's Alumni Weekend in 2002.
Examines the 1952 decision by President Harry S. Truman to seize the nation's steel mills to maintain steel production in
order to support the American war effort in Korea. The move infuriated steel industry leaders, who sued the President of the
