    Abstract: Security Trust & Savings Bank was founded in 1888 by J.F. Sartori and associates. The bank grew through the development of business and mergers and became Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles. The collection consists of property appraisal files on which loans were made or applied in the greater Los Angeles area (ca. 1934-41).
