The collection primarily contains correspondence, notes, manuscript drafts, and related research materials, including FOIA
documents, pertaining to Bayard Stockton's biography of William K. Harvey of the CIA,
Flawed Patriot: The Rise and Fall of CIA Legend Bill Harvey. Stockton (1930-2006) was a former CIA intelligence officer who served under Harvey in Berlin, journalist, teacher, and Santa
Barbara resident later in life.
