Biography/History
Eugene Riese (15 November 1909- 12 February 2002) was a professional singer who performed in various operas in Los Angeles.
Scope and Content
Collection consists of manuscript and printed vocal scores, likely performed by Riese. They include scores for sacred music,
primarily hymns for Christian and Jewish services, and secular compositions, such as operas, operettas, and lyric pieces.
Also included are a few personal materials.
