The Chinese-American Society of Pasadena Papers (1945-1984) includes membership lists, publications, correspondence, and scrapbook with meeting announcements, minutes and newspaper clippings.

The Chinese-American Society of Pasadena was a non-profit social organization. As stated in the society's constitution, its purpose was "to promote among Americans and Chinese a true understanding and appreciation of the history, culture, ideals and customs of their respective countries."
