Scope and Content of Collection
Record of Survey maps delineate the survey of real property boundary lines. Each map must abide by the following requirements:
Drawing and certificates must be legible and in permanent ink or printed or reproduced using permanent black ink on tracing
paper or polyester base film; 18” x 26” in size with minimum 1” margin; Name of grant, tract, subdivision, US subdivision/survey
number; Certificate of approval signed and sealed by County Surveyor; and Certificate of Recorder.
