This collection contains one letter from an unknown soldier writing to his sister and family during the First World War. The
letter is dated January 26, 1919 and was sent from Vallendar, Germany. It was written on American Expeditionary Forces stationery
and the back of the letter contains a sketch of the soldier. It was donated by John Carter.
