This set of drawings was Found in Collection in 2018 in a box labeled miscellaneous drawings
The architectural firm of Cooke, Frost, and Greer was formed around 1964, after Greer had dissolved his partnership with Chester
Carjola. By 1966 the firm's name had changed to Cook, Frost, Greer, and Schmandt and they were known for designing some Sambo's
Restaurants as well as Dos Pueblos High School. Frost and Greer designed the 1969 addition to the UCSB Library (Carjola and
Greer had designed the 1962 addition).
This collection consists of copies of plans for a house on Woodley Road in the Pepper Hill section of Montecito. The 6 drawings
consist of plot plan, floor plan, elevations, sections, and details for a single family home.
