Description
The Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Science (ICS) at the University of California, Irvine, began as a department
in 1968. It was formally recognized as a school in 2002, and in June 2004 the School adopted benefactor Donald Bren's name
in recognition of his generous contribution. The School focuses solely on the computer and information sciences, building
educational programs and research initiatives that explore the broad range of the computing discipline - from circuits and
systems to software engineering and human aspects of computing. This collection comprises technical reports created within
the department and school from 1970 to 2004.
