Scope and Content

This collection consists of audio recordings and program notes from the Gay Community Services Center program radio show. The monthly, one hour show aired on Pacifica Radio (KPFK-FM) in the early 1970s. Hosted by gay rights activist, TV producer and writer, and clincal social worker and therapist Richard Gollance (1950-2019), the shows were produced by and for gay women and men, and dealt with various topics of contemporary gay and lesbian life.
