Description
Donna Santisi was a photographer and documentarian of the Los Angeles punk scene from 1976-1980. This collection is primarily comprised of punk rock ephemera created to document the Los Angeles punk scene between 1973-2017.
Background
Donna Santisi was a photographer and documentarian of the Los Angeles punk scene from 1976-1980. She published Ask the Angels, a book of her black and white photographs documenting this scene in 1978 which became a "cult classic" and features essays by Alice Bag, Trudie, Exene Cervenka, Brendan Mullen, and others.
