Personal papers and photographs related to Arthur Willson, Mabel Stoppelworth Willson, and related Healy and Schroeder families.
Background
Mabel Stoppelworth appears to have grown up in San Jose, California, graduating from Gardner School in 1916. She obtained her California Teachers Certificate in 1923, and taught in Monterey County, Alameda County, and San Jose State College Demonstration School. She retired around 1959. She was first married to William Edward Healy, with whom she had a son Norman (b. 1925), but later married Arthur Briggs Willson, a real estate developer in the Santa Clara Valley.
