Subject files pertaining to homecare organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, recruitment and hiring, studies and reports on California and Bay Area homecare industry labor standards enforcement, In-Home Support Services and public authority (employee relations, ordinance campaigns and enactments, SEIU Local 616 membership cards and dues, Quality Homecare coalition and campaign, the Homecare Workers Center, Manos Homecare, and Planning for Elders in Central City (PECC). Includes SEIU local 818 (Chicago, Ill.) survey "Healthcare workers without healthcare."

Mila Thomas was the Organizing Director for SEIU Local 616's (Oakland, Calif.) homecare work from 2000 to 2007.
