Description
Records created by Cal Poly's student government and clubs and organizations recognized by ASI. Records include meeting agendas
and minutes and club reports on annual activities.
Background
Cal Poly students have been active in campus life from the time the first student clubs for athletics and debating were formed
in 1903 (the same year the school opened). As early as the 1905-06 academic year, students elected student body presidents.
From 1905-1921 the presidents alternately identified either with the Senior Class or with the Student Body.
