newspapers. Harvey J. Stefanowicz was stationed in North China from December 1945 to
April 1947 with the United States Marines.
Harvey J. Stefanowicz served in the U.S. Marine Corps in China from December 1945 to
April 1947. He was stationed in Tientsin [Tianjan], Tangshan, Peitaihoe Beach [Beidaihe
District], Peking [Beijing], and Chinwangtao [Qinhuangdao]. Prior to his service in
North China he was stationed in Guam from April to December 1945.
