6 letters written by Lieutenant Harold C. Carey, United States Navy, to his mother Thelma and his brothers Pat and Cortez who were living in Inglewood, California, 1942-1943. Letters are primarily concerned with personal and family matters. Such letters give us an insight of Carey's daily life in the a Navy during the Second World War.
